Here are some of the Highlight details this month February 11th - Ladies Self Defense Seminar On Saturday, February 11th we will be hosting our S.H.A.R.P seminar. Mr. Rahn will be covering the basics of Sexual Harassment Assault & Rape Prevention (S.H.A.R.P). Covering from awareness to self-defense, this is a must do course for ALL women! We recommend that the minimum age for this seminar is 13 because of the nature of the seminar. Cost is $20 per person February 11th - Parents Night Out A special thank you to all the parents for such a great year! We will be playing games, watching a movie and eating pizza! Cost is $11.20 per child (including tax) February 11th - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Saturday, February 11th from 9:30am - 12:00pm we will be having a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Seminar! Mr. Rahn will be teaching techniques focusing on ground fighting, joint locks, choke holds and forcing your opponent into submission! You will need a uniform for this seminar.
